Walker and Levi have (finally) learned to swim without their life jackets. It has been a huge relief for us. And of course they learned a couple days after James finished putting up the fence.
Brooklyn is our saving grace. She is thoughtful and kind. She is always willing to help one of her little brothers or sister or most importantly her mother. She is incredibly smart and always willing to try something new. Most of all Brooklyn has an amazing capacity for good. She is the perfect example of what a Daughter of God should be. She is beautiful and has the unique ability to always see the good in others.
Kalysta
Kalysta is our family clown. She is always doing or saying something that completely takes us off guard and has us rolling in the isles. Not to mention she has her daddy securely wrapped around her finger! She is also our little dare devil. There has never been a time when she has been afraid to do anything and she's amazingly tough! She loves primary and does her very best to do what she knows is right. She is a beautiful, sweet, fun, young lady!
Levi
Levi is our little "Ladies Man". There isn't an hour, literally, that goes by that he doesn't say something like...Aimee, I love the way you look, or clean, or cook, or read or something quite charming! He has such a big heart and although one of his favorite past times is to tease, quite relentlessly, his brother or sisters he is so much fun to have around. We can't wait to see the wonderful young man he is sure to be!
Walker
James says Walker always has a stoic look about him. Life is serious business to Walker. He is passionate about even the simplest things. He is my tenderhearted little man and loves to hug and can easily be convinced to do so. He is constantly telling us that he loves all his family. The thing I love most is that he is always telling me to smile. His simple “smile mom” reminds me just how much a smile can do.
Quote of the Week
"Above all, we must realize that no arsenal, or no weapon in the arsenals of the world, is so formidable as the will and moral courage of free men and women. It is a weapon our adversaries in today's world do not have." -Ronald Reagan
